If something in a circle is harmful or upsetting, or someone is bothering you, email us with the circle's name and what happened. The person who started a circle, or its co-organizer, can also remove someone from it in Circle settings.
I didn't get my sign-in code
Check your spam folder, make sure the email address is spelled correctly, then tap Send a new code.
My invite link doesn't work
The link may have been replaced. Ask someone in the circle to send you a new one.
I'm not getting notifications
In Porchlight, check Circle settings to make sure the circle isn't muted. Then check your phone's Settings to make sure notifications for Porchlight are on. Porchlight holds pings during quiet hours, from 9 PM to 7 AM, if you've left that setting on.
How do I leave a circle?
Open Circle settings and tap Leave circle. What you already shared stays in the circle, so delete anything you'd like removed before you leave.
How do I delete my account?
Open your Account page in Porchlight and tap Delete account. This permanently deletes your profile, posts, photos, hearts and comments.
